International Program Proposal
(Risk Management Program)
Thank you for your interest in leading a Wheaton-sponsored international program and for taking the time to complete the International Program Proposal. We hope this proposal will assist you in developing a successful international program. If you have any questions or concerns, or if you need any assistance please contact the Center for Global and Experiential Learning at 630-752-7309 or by email at GEL@wheaton.edu.
If you haven't already done so, we recommend completing the Program Proposal Worksheet and then copy and paste your responses to the online questionnaires. This will help solve time-out issues when you have an online questionnaire open for more than 59 minutes. Please make sure to review the Instructions and Guiding Questions for Program Proposals document before submitting your formal proposal.
All official Wheaton College travel abroad programs must be approved in advance by the Center for Global and Experiential learning before commitments are made, contracts signed, trips advertised, and/or College funds spent.
Please complete and submit all Program Proposal requirements to the Dean of Global and Experiential Learning. Once approved, this information will be distributed to the College's insurance carrier and campus support departments to assist in the efficient planning of a safe and enriching experience for all participants.
