SMP Spring Break Trips use the philosophy of “come, see, and participate.” These trips are an opportunity to go to a particular ministry context and see what the Lord is doing through various missionaries and organizations. These weeklong trips are team oriented and allow you to participate in serving alongside our ministry partners.

Honduras Project

Applications are received in the first few weeks of September.Honduras Project is a Christ-centered community that seeks to serve the Lord by encouraging, building relationships, and working with the people of Honduras. This project exists because Christ first loved us and has called us to love him and to love others, and springs out of the belief that Christ's love is holistic and cares about physical needs as well as spiritual needs.

Ministry and Evangelism sends students to partner with organizations in cross-cultural ministry environments that expand your understanding of the global Church. These experiences and partnerships can range from primarily evangelistic to hospitality orientated to community development focused with the hope to bring the good news of Jesus Christ. You will have the chance to integrate into the life of the communities you are placed in. You will participate in pre-trip orientation and post-trip debrief that enhances the learning around the experience.
