- 2023-24 Academic International Program Proposals: Due August 10, 2023 (regular); October 1, 2023 (extended)
- 2023-24 Not-for-Credit International Program Proposals: Spring Break Due November 1, 2023; Summer 2024 Due December 1, 2023
- Request for Employee Travel with Students
- Short travel with (up to) a few students for an international conference, consulting, research, etc.
- 2023-24 Application: Due no later than three months prior to departure
- Travel abroad without students on behalf of the College or in a professional capacity
